 Handling all the Warehouse and purchase related activities.
 In-charge of all warehouse activities (receiving, verifying, issuing, inventory and other material management
activities).
 Preparing and maintaining reports for all received items, issued items and keeping up to date inventory records.
 Preparing all purchase orders as per requisitions received.
 Sending all approved purchase orders to suppliers.
 Follow up with suppliers on daily basis for timely delivery of items.
 Keeping a track of out of stock items and going to market to find and purchase those items which are not available
with our credit suppliers.

 Preparing monthly and bi-monthly statements of all invoices.
 Follow up with suppliers for any discrepancies in invoices in order to clear it.
 Adding new suppliers based on the price comparisons.

1997 to April-2013
 In-charge of overall activities of Warehouse & Purchase department

 Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.
 Responsible for preparation & execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers & sub contractors .

 Interaction with, Finance& Accounts Dept release the payment to the vendors as per supply terms.
