1. IAN DRUMMOND
Profile Summary
I am a responsible, reliable, punctual and self motivated individual who is hard working and
has excellent leadership skills. I have obtained many skills through my employment that
would be transferable to a position within your company. I like to be methodical in my
approach to situations but I am also able to make crucial decisions in pressure situations.
During my employment in the retail sector I developed excellent customer service skills and
learnt to resolve problems quickly, efficiently and productively. I worked my way up to Store
Manager as I gained more experience and confidence. After my family relocated to
Monmouth I took a position in the industrial sector as opportunities within the retail sector
were scarce and I needed to provide for my young family. However, I have now permanently
moved back to the Pontypridd area and I am looking to obtain employment in the delivery
sector.
