• Created processes, document templates, and built team from the ground up.

increase of nearly 50% from the previous platform.

the capabilities and the real-world use of their system.
Internal Product Development - Spark Collaboration

• Led team that developed and maintained all the Intranet, Medical Information, and Sales Force
portals. This team consisted of five developers in the United States and two in India. As projects
were added, additional team members were added as needed.
• Designed additional framework that reduced development timelines and supplemented the ATG
portal framework’s baseline capabilities.
• Trained all new team members in ATG portal technologies, and in our additional framework.
• Consolidated the custom developed portal applications across 10 portals to use a single code base
significantly reducing development and maintenance costs.
• Worked with business to define solutions to improve business processes such as an account
management tool that included call plans and SWOT analysis for various sales territories, a
reporting framework that gave the sales force access to data to help them identify potential sales
opportunities.
