INKOMPASS is a personalized internship program which enables you to

Our 11 month long paid internship program in ONE department is the perfect

How long is this internship program?
INKOMPASS Internship program will last 11 months, in the first 3 months during
Summer break we expect your full-time participation. Within the school period,
you will be asked to work min 2.5 days a week.
I reside outside of the country where I would like to do my internship,
can I still apply to the program?
To become an INKOMPASS Intern in Turkey you must be a Turkish citizen or
possess a work permit that allows you to work in Turkey.

11. What is the selection process like?
The selection process is as follows:
1. Complete the online application by clicking APPLY NOW. If you meet the
criteria, you will be invited to the next step.
2. On meeting the application criteria, you will receive an invite for the digital
interview via e-mail. It will help us in assessing your competencies which is
critical for your success at PMI.
3. Next, you will receive an e-mail invite to take our online assessments. It will
help us to assess your decision-making abilities on a wide variety of
simulated scenarios. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next
step.
4. Participate in an on-ground assessment, the final stage of the recruitment
process. During the OGA, we will meet face-to-face and get to learn more
about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in business
cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and meet current
Philip Morris International employees. If you meet the criteria, we may
invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!

12. What is the HireVue video interview?
HireVue video interview is a digital interview that allows you to introduce
yourself and your capabilities to us. HireVue enables you to complete your
interview in your own time from the comfort of your own space. During the
interview, we will be asking you a few questions on the competencies that you
will have to demonstrate to become a successful intern at Philip Morris
International.
What is the support system in case of connectivity or other technical
issues with the HireVue application?
In case of any technical issues with the application or connectivity please
address your questions here: HireVue (zendesk.com). The Helpdesk will answer
your questions.

13. Can I record the interview more than once?
If you are not satisfied with your answer, you have the option to re-record it. If
you choose that option, remember your second recording will be final and you
will have to submit it.

Once your interview is completed, the system will translate your recording into
text by analyzing your response. We do not consider other factors such as facial
features, but the scoring is solely done on things you say.

14. If I cannot attend the on-ground assessment, are there any other
dates available?
Unfortunately, not, in order to be considered, we expect you to be available
to attend the VAD.
Will I receive feedback if I don't get selected? When?
Yes. You will be informed about your application progress during each step of
the process through your registered e-mail. Whether or not you meet the
criteria to progress to the next application step, you will receive an email
confirmation regarding your status. If you do not hear back from us within 2-3
weeks of completing an application step, please contact us at

15. When will the internship start and how long will it last?
Internship will start from June 2022 – May 2023. The duration of internship will
be of 11 months.

Our working hours are 08:00 - 17:00. Specific job conditions may differ.

17. Will I be assigned a group project or an individual project?
Depending on the project scope and expected deliverables, projects may
require individual or group work. In any case, you can be sure that all
projects will be meaningful, challenging, and give you the opportunity to
showcase and further develop your skills, whether it is in an individual or
group setting.
What type of guidance and support can I expect to receive
throughout my program, to help develop me professionally?
Every INKOMPASS intern will receive day-to-day guidance and support from
their COACH, who has the same function as a supervisor. He / she will
introduce you to your project, clarify expectations, guide you on a day-to-day
basis, and provide you with feedback.
In addition, you will also receive support from:
– Your PROJECT SPONSOR, who will ensure you have everything you need in
terms of resources and budget to execute your proposals;

18. – Your BUDDY, who will help you answer general questions and network
with different people and departments in the company.
Additionally, you will get the chance to develop various skills with in-class,

19. Will I receive a job offer with Philip Morris International when I
complete my internship?
The INKOMPASS Internship Program does not promise a job offer after
completion. However, if you successfully complete both cycles of the
INKOMPASS internship and meet the required performance standards, you may
receive a job offer at the completion of your 2nd cycle. What INKOMPASS does
offer best internship program with certainty is to upskill you during your
internship and make you stand out in the job market after graduation.
