Philip Morris International (PMI) which enables you to DISCOVER yourself
through challenges and cultural diversity. You will be given the opportunity to:

2. Complete a digital interview. This step will give us the opportunity to learn
more about you beyond what is written on your CV.
3. If you are successful, you will be invited to take our online assessment test.
This test will assess your decision-making abilities on a wide variety of simulated
scenarios. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step.
4. Participate in virtual on-ground assessment (VOGA), the final stage of the
recruitment process. During the VOGA, we will meet virtually and get to learn
more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in
business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and meet

I reside outside of the country where I would like to do my internship,
can I still apply to the program?
If you apply and are accepted to an INKOMPASS internship in a country that is
not your primary country of residence, you will be responsible for covering any
expenses that may arise in order for you to be present and available in the
internship country for the duration of each cycle.
If, on the other hand, we send you to another country for business purposes,
then all related expenses will be covered.

12. What is the selection process like?
The application steps are the following:

13. What is the HireVue video interview?
HireVue video interview is a digital interview that allows you to introduce
yourself and your capabilities to us. HireVue enables you to complete your
interview in your own time from the comfort of your own space. During the
interview, we will be speaking you a few questions on the competencies that
you will have to demonstrate to become successful intern at Philip Morris
International.

14. What is the support system in case of connectivity or other technical
issues with the HireVue applications?
In case of any technical issues with the application or connectivity please

15. Can I record the interview more than once?
If you are not satisfied with your answer, you have the option to re-record it. If
you choose that option, remember your second recording will be the final and
you will have to submit it.

16. How the HireVue technology works?
Once your interview is completed, the system will translate your recording into
text by analyzing your response. We do not consider other factors such as
facial features, but the scoring is solely done on things you say.

17. If I cannot attend the on-ground assessment, are there any other
dates available?
No, unfortunately, virtual OGA is held once per year only.

18. Will I receive feedback if I don’t get selected? When?
Yes, You will be informed of your application process during each step of the
process by your registered email. Whether or not you meet the criteria to
process on to the next application step, you will receive an email
confirmation regarding your status. If you do not hear back from us within 2-
3 weeks of completing an application step, please contact us at

19. When will the internship start and how long will it last? Is there any
flexibility with these dates?
Internship starts on 16 August 2021 and finishes on 15 December 2021. There's
no flexibility with the dates.

20. What are the normal work hours?
All INKOMPASS interns will work under the same conditions as other PMK
employee in terms of working hours - from 8:30 am till 5 pm with 30
minutes lunch break, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday). Also Philip
Morris Kazakhstan offers a Flexibility approach, by which you can choose
the most suitable working hours.

21. Is the INKOMPASS internship paid? What contractual conditions
will I be under as an intern?
INKOMPASS is one of the best International Internship Programs for

22. Will I be assigned a group project or an individual project?
Depending on the project scope and expected deliverables, projects may
require individual or group work. In any case, you can be sure that all

group setting.

23. What type of guidance and support can I expect to receive
throughout my program, to help develop me professionally?
Every INKOMPASS intern will receive day-to-day guidance and support from
their COACH, who has the same function as supervisor. He/She will introduce
you to your projects, clarify expectations, guide you on a day-to-day basis,
and provide you with feedback.
In addition, you will also receive support from:
- Your PROJECT SPONSER, who will ensure you have everything you need in
terms of resources and budget to execute your proposals;
- Your BUDDY, who will help you answer general questions and network with
different people and departments in the company.

24. How will my performance be assessed?
You will complete a project with a definite scope and deliverables, based
on which you will be assessed. We believe that both WHAT you achieve /
deliver and HOW you do so is important. This is why you will also be
assessed on the behaviors you display which should be aligned with our
company's work ethics.
Throughout the experience you will receive feedback and guidance so that
you understand what is expected of you. The final assessment will take
place at the end of internship cycle.

25. Will I receive feedback regarding my performance? when?
Your COACH and PROJECT SPONSER will provide you with the feedback
throughout your INKOMPASS experience.
