6. WHO CAN APPLY?
 Graduate/students of technical and IT specialties with a bachelor's degree
in 2021-2022 or master's degree in 2021-2023
 Ready for full-time work
 At least upper-intermediate level of English
 Advance in Excel
 Passionate about IT
 Organized, result-oriented, attentive
 Have basic programming skill (SQL/Python/VBA/C++, C#) and database
knowledge

I reside outside of the country where I would like to participate in
the program, can I still apply to it?
The IT INKOMPASS program offers paid internships for college students of
the Russian Federation. You are able to work at Moscow and Saint-
Petersburg offices or remotely. If you reside outside these cities and would
like to work from offices, the company will not cover any relocation or
accommodation expenses.

15. If I cannot attend the on-ground assessment, are there any other
dates available?
We will have several dates of the assessment, so you will be able to choose
the one that suits you most.

16. Will I receive feedback if I don’t get selected? When?
Yes. You will be informed of your application progress during each step of the
process through your registered email. Whether or not you meet the criteria
to progress to the next application step, you will receive an email
confirmation regarding your status. If you do not hear back from us within 2-
3 weeks of completing an application step, please contact us at

17. When will the program start and how long will it last? Is there any
flexibility with these dates?
The IT INKOMPASS Program will start this Autumn beginning on October
18th, 2021 and ends after finishing the program projects. In some individual
cases, we are ready to consider starting a work on other dates.

18. What are the normal work hours?
In Philip Morris affiliates in Russia we offer flexible working hours, which is a
long-standing practice widely used and appreciated by our employees. This
practice certainly applies to our IT INKOMPASS Program participants, as it is
our priority to provide them with flexibility which will allow them to have a
meaningful learning experience!

19. Is the INKOMPASS internship paid? What contractual conditions will
I be under as an intern?
The selected program participants will be employed by the company on a
temporary contract and will receive a competitive payment during the
program Cycle.

20. Will I be assigned a group project or an individual project?
Depending on the project scope and expected deliverables, projects may
require individual or group work. In any case, you can be sure that all
projects will be meaningful, challenging, and give you the opportunity to
showcase and further develop your skills, whether it is an individual or group
setting.

21. What type of guidance and support can I expect to receive
throughout my program, to help develop me professionally?
Every IT INKOMPASS Program participant will receive day-to-day guidance
and support from their COACH, who has the same function as a supervisor.
He / She will introduce you to your project, clarify expectations, guide you on
a day-to-day basis, and provide you with feedback.
In addition, you will also receive support from:
- Your PROJECT SPONSOR, who will ensure you have everything you need in
terms of resources and budget to execute your proposals.
- Your BUDDY, who will help you answer general questions and network with
different people and departments in the company.

22. Will I receive feedback regarding my performance? When?
Your COACH and PROJECT SPONCER will provide you with feedback
throughout your INKOMPASS experience.
