10. Got questions about INKOMPASS? We're here to answer them all.
I reside outside of the country where I would like to do my internship,
can I still apply to the program?
Currently, we can only accept students who have a legal residency status in the
Philippines or if a foreign resident decides to pursue internship in the
Philippines, all necessary documentations and accommodation will need to be
processed by the intern.

11. What is the selection process like?
As a first step, submit your application by clicking on the “Apply Now” tab –
located at the upper-right corner of this webpage.
If your application form meets our criteria, we will send you an invitation to
complete a digital interview This step will give us the opportunity to learn more
about you beyond what is written on your CV.
If you are successful at our digital interview, you will be asked to complete a
General Ability online test. If you clear our online assessment, you can be
invited to participate in our virtual on-ground assessment (VOGA), the final
stage of the recruitment process. During the VOGA, we will meet virtually and
get to learn more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your
skills in business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and
meet current Philip Morris International employees. If you meet the criteria,
we may invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!

12. What is the HireVue video interview?
HireVue video interview is a digital interview that allows you to introduce
yourself and your capabilities to us. HireVue enables you to complete your
interview in your own time from the comfort of your own space. During the
interview, we will be speaking you a few questions on the competencies that
you will have to demonstrate to become successful intern at Philip Morris
International.

13. What is the support system in case of connectivity or other technical
issues with the HireVue applications?
In case of any technical issues with the application or connectivity please
address your questions here. HireVue (zendesk.com). The help desk will answer
your questions.

14. Can I record the interview more than once?
If you are not satisfied with your answer, you have the option to re-record it.
If you choose that option, remember your second recording will be the final
and you will have to submit it.

15. How the HireVue technology works?
Once your interview is completed, the system will translate your recording into
text by analyzing your response. We do not consider other factors such as
facial features, but the scoring is solely done on things you say.

16. If I cannot attend the on-ground assessment, are there any other
dates available?
There will be an on-ground assessment on the first week of June 2021. As
soon as you have completed the exams and met the qualifying scores, we will
inform you of the schedule so you can reserve your day. There will be only one
date for this and hope you can make it to this special day!

17. Will I receive feedback if I don’t get selected? When?
Yes. You will be informed of your application progress during each step of the
process by your registered email. Whether or not you meet the criteria to
progress on to the next application step, you will receive an email
confirmation regarding your status. If you do not hear back from us within 2-
3 weeks of completing an application step, please contact us at

18. When will the internship start and how long will it last? Is there any
flexibility with these dates?
The internship will start on June 21, 2021 and will finish on August 13, 2021.
It is highly encouraged that interested applicants are available throughout
the entire duration as there are predetermined dates for structured activities
and events within the internship program with a possibility of travel.

19. What are the normal work hours?
The normal work hours are from 8:30AM - 5:30PM. Nonetheless, due to
specific internship requirements, you may be asked to render work beyond
these hours.

20. What contractual conditions will I be under as an Intern? Will I be
compensated/paid during my internship?
INKOMPASS is a paid internship. You will receive an allowance of Php
29,500 per month. In return you will need to fulfill the terms and
conditions that will be stipulated in your internship contract, subject to
your review and acceptance.

21. Will I be assigned a group project or an individual project?
The projects that we assign to our INKOMPASS interns are carefully selected
by our teams in each country. Depending on the scope and the expected
deliverables of these projects, we decide if it is best that they are carried out
individually or by a project team. In any case, we always make sure that all
of our projects meet high quality standards and that they are meaningful
and challenging for our interns.
Interns are never alone during their INKOMPASS experience. They receive
support, coaching and feedback from their Coaches, Project Sponsors and
Buddies.

22. Will I receive guidance and support while I work on my project?
Definitely yes! On your INKOMPASS journey, there will be three important
people appointed whose main focus will be to ensure you have a great
learning experience that allows you to discover yourself.
You will be assigned a COACH, typically a functional Manager, who will
introduce you to your project, explain what is expected from you, guide you
and provide you feedback as well as help you build connections and
relationships with different people and departments from the Company.
The PROJECT SPONSOR is the owner of the project you will be working on.
During your internship, he/she will make sure you have everything you need
to be able to deliver and/or execute your proposals. Along with your Coach,
he/she will also provide you with regular feedback.
Last but not least, you will also receive support from your BUDDY who will
help you with day-to-day questions and provide you advice regarding your
project work based on his/her own knowledge and experience.

23. Will I receive feedback regarding my performance? When?
Your Coach and Project Sponsor will provide you with feedback throughout
your INKOMPASS experience. It is important for us to make sure you have a
fulfilling learning experience, so we also want to learn from YOU! Your
insights, feedback and ideas are very valuable to us; therefore, we are
looking forward to hearing from you!

24. Can I use my internship project experience as a university
assignment and / or as credits for graduation?

25. Will I receive a job offer with Philip Morris International when I
complete my internship?
INKOMPASS paid internship for college students is a journey of mutual
discovery. You get the chance to discover yourself, the Company and your
interest to join us. We may also provide the best fitting interns with a job
offer.
We do this by conducting an individual assessment at end of the internship
cycle – based on your project deliverables and the behaviors you displayed
throughout the internship – if you meet the required performance
standards, you may receive a job offer before your graduate.

26. Do I need to go onsite for this internship?
This is a predominantly remote internship program, and you are expected to
work from home. However, there will be an exception if in case you will
need to come to the office due to special circumstances (ex. internet
connection problems). This will be treated on a case-to-case basis as safety
will still be the primary guiding principle during these times.
