3. Illinois workNet Portal System
The main site ensures there is “no wrong door” to access state programs,
provides 24-7, no-cost access to career and workforce development
resources, services and tools to all citizens of our state. It is built in a
technology that is flexible to adapt to new programs and share data back
and forth with the state’s workforce development reporting system.

The process includes identifying the new Illinois workNet site as
“BETA.”
• Beta is linked from the new site header and footer to a page
explaining the site conversion, process, and general timeline.
• We have made enhancements based on feedback webinars.

on survey & emailed feedback.
