6. What we have learned from some feedback
• New staff don’t have sufficient knowledge to update
contacts
• It’s difficult to remember updating a lot of contacts in
different places
• People are busy and want to manage contacts without
taking too much time
• Better guides on what to update and what have been
updated may be needed

• Merging existing features in different pages of MyAPNIC
• Cleaner interfaces showing only the required updates
• Annual contact review reminder
• Update progress indicator
