2014 – 2016: Bosch – National Sales Manager
- Manage, develop and control a sales team of 14 direct head counts and more than
30 indirect head counts in Bosch Power Tools & Accessories in Traditional Trade
Distribution Channel in Vietnam.
- Be responsible for sales target of TT channel. Set & deploy sales target to sales
rep. and customers.
- Manage sales budget effectively
- Design and propose promotional programs to push sales & secure sales.
- Manage conflicts in TT distribution channel in order to develop stably.
- Develop a program for managing sub-dealers and trade developer.
- Apply and deploy digitalization in sales management for more professional and
effective.
- Train, coach and support sales team to make sure they can fulfill their role. Motivate
and build up team spirit among the sales reps.

2011 – 2014: Bosch – Brand Manager
- Develop the Bosch business in Vietnam & Cambodia to achieve turnover and
consolidated profitability targets. Initiate activities to reach turnover and
profitability targets for Bosch power tool products:
- Powerful product launch
- Effective sales promotions
- Effective new product development
- Work closely with rBU to implement effective price strategy
- Communicate with LOG to make sure on time delivery
- Build Bosch brand image and improve Bosch market share through marketing
activities
- Manage marketing budget
- Coordinate activities with Trade Services, and establish an effective co-operation
within the sales organization. Forecast sales volume and manage stock target.
Make proper market analysis through market research and regular customer &

2006 – 2010: Holcim - Marketing Superintendent (Activation & Communication):
- Involving all marketing activities such as: events, promotion, merchandizing,
communication, sponsor programs etc.
- Organized many successful events appreciated by customers and directors: variety
