2014 – 2016: Bosch – National Sales Manager
- Manage, develop and control a sales team of 14 direct head counts and more than
30 indirect head counts in Bosch Power Tools & Accessories in Traditional Trade
Distribution Channel in Vietnam.
- Be responsible for sales target of TT channel. Set & deploy sales target to sales
rep. and customers.
- Manage sales budget effectively
- Design and propose promotional programs to push sales & secure sales.
- Manage conflicts in TT distribution channel in order to develop stably.
- Develop a program for managing sub-dealers and trade developer.
- Apply and deploy digitalization in sales management for more professional and

profitability targets for Bosch power tool products:

2006 – 2010: Holcim - Marketing Superintendent (Activation & Communication):
- Involving all marketing activities such as: events, promotion, merchandizing,
