4. Introduction-
 Concrete cloth or Concrete canvas is designed and patented by
William Crawford and partners. (London)
 Initially the idea was to create Rapidly deployable emergency
shelter
 Later the material used for same was found highly useful for
other purposes which will be discussed here.
 Now Question arises here is…….

5. • What is concrete cloth?????
A flexible cement-impregnated fabric that hardens
when hydrated to form a thin, durable concrete layer.

8. How does concrete cloth Works?
 Unpacking- At the time of installation, CC comes in two forms,
Bulk roles or Batched roles which are flexible in nature.

 Cutting and Fastening- The cloth is laid on the point of
application, cut into proper size and shape, and fastened to the
place using staples, Nails and screws.

10.  Hydrating- After fastening of CC to desired place, It only
needs to be hydrated for its final hardening.
 It is designed in such a way that, it cannot be overhydrated.
 Only in 24 hours Concrete cloth is ready to serve its
purpose.
