I chose to treat the students equally and fairly because they make the students prefer the teacher
and also it is good to deal with everyone equally so that no one is unjustified or inflamed

My English skills are weak .
My skills in classroom
organization need to be
improved and developed.
The greatest weakness of all is
the great fear of appearing
weak.
All of us are born with unique
capabilities and skills, and the way
to build one’s strength is to focus
on these specific skills and grow
with them.
I Attend evening courses and
classes are being attended to
include improvement.
I use strengths to avoid threats.
Minimize weaknesses and avoid
threats.
Loss my job.
Take a long time to accept
experience.
Use the strengths to take advantage
of opportunities.
As a learning teacher I never declined
to face challenges.
This helped me to embark upon a
successful teaching career.

communicating in a mother tongue
Communicating in a foreign language
Learning to learn
Cultural awareness and expression
Which ones should you acquire to work as a teacher in TTC/TVET?
I think the college needs to communicate in the mother tongue and the foreign language
because when I want to talk to other teachers I have to speak in foreign language and when
I want to talk to my colleagues who speak my mother tongue, Digital efficiency because
there is a lot of digital things and I must have experience in this area in order to surpass
others and drew attention, Social and urban competencies and this point I see as an
important task because when you want to communicate with others you must have a social
competence, Finally, Learning to learn because I must have knowledge in order to teach
students and possess many experiences

In education, the term professional development may be used in reference to a wide variety
of specialized training, formal education, or advanced professional learning intended to help
administrators, teachers, and other educators improve their professional knowledge,
competence, skill, and effectiveness. When the term is used in education contexts without
qualification, specific examples, or additional explanation, however, it may be difficult to
determine precisely what “professional development” is referring to.
[1]2018. [Online]. Available: http://Guskey, T. R. (2000). Evaluating professional
development. Corwin Press. ISO 690. [Accessed: 28- Dec- 2017].
I agree that the TTC is open to the use of the term "professional development" because it
benefits both employees in improving their experience and efficiency and also serves the
students in the context of education
