I think the college needs to communicate in the mother tongue and the foreign language because when I want to
talk to other teachers I have to speak in foreign language and when I want to talk to my colleagues who speak my
mothertongue, Digital efficiency because there is a lot of digital things and I must have experience in this area in

Why doeducators/ Engineersneed professional development?
Didn’ttheylearnwhattheyneedtoknow inTTC? (Agree /Disagree) Why?
ProfessionalDevelopment
In education, the term professional development may be used in reference to a wide variety of
specialized training, formal education, or advanced professional learning intended to help
administrators, teachers, and other educators improve their professional knowledge,
competence, skill, and effectiveness. When the term is used in education contexts without
qualification, specific examples, or additional explanation, however, it may be difficult to
determine precisely what “professional development” is referring to.
Guskey, T. R. (2000). Evaluating professional development. Corwin Press. ISO 690
I agree that the TTC is open to the use of the term "professional development" because it benefits
both employees in improving their experience and efficiency and also serves the students in the
context of education
