WORK EXPERIENCE:
Engineering Intern, Universal Electronics Inc., India Jan 2014-Jun 2014
Built a public transport ticketing system with scrolling LED display programmed in system C and implemented in buses in India
Designed PCB, integrated an RFID passive reader, keypad, LCD and scrolling LED display onto a MAXQ microcontroller
Troubleshooting faulty functional models identified during the design phase to test, validate and verify its performance
Worked as a part of delivery team to communicate and document the updates to clients
ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
Audio Processing using T/F Algorithms implemented on ARM Processor May 2016
The information of an audio clip is processed using three different T/F algorithms, Short time Fourier Transform, Split Spectrum
Processing and Gabor Transform and results compared
These transforms are programmed in C to be implemented on a Zedboard which has Zynq AP SoC incorporated with ARM processor
using the SDSoC development environment
Automatic Test Pattern Generation Mar 2015
Identify checkpoints in all the benchmark circuits and generate test vectors to detect the faults
Simulate the faults and integrate the system. This project was implemented using Python programming language
CAD Tool Design using Tcl/Tk and C Programming Mar 2015
The CAD tool for static timing analysis algorithm is designed and implemented using C programming
The Tcl/Tk codes for GUI are written for slack calculation
VHDL Computer Architecture Simulation Mar 2015
Simulated a 32-bit instruction CPU, Memory and Cache using VHDL emphasizing the Cache operation through parallel processing
The interconnection with the CPU and Memory using test benches to verify functionality of the design
Build an Easy VL Simulator Dec 2014
Computer program of a circuit is interpreted as tokens which are extracted and sorted the identical with details of I/O pins
Data structure is designed to represent the circuit, implement it to construct the netlist
Designed, developed and implemented this project using C programming language
EXTRA CURICULAR ACTIVITIES:
Presented a seminar on Organic LEDs at a state level symposium in February 2014 as Student Assistant for IEEE Student Chapter
Conducted communication related research work for Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., in December 2013
Won second place for designing and implementing a Home-Automation System on 8051 microcontroller in November 2013
