 4 )The thickness of the stem at the top = 0.3m
 5 ) its thickness at the stem at the base = H/10

 W4 = 3.6 * 1.733 * 1 * 17.5 = 109.179 KN
 W5 = 50 * 1.733 * 1 = 86.65 KN
