Learner – I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. I am
excited by constantly be challenged and learning new things.
Responsibility – I take psychological ownership and I see things through to the
very end. I am committed to what I do. I value honesty and loyalty.
Relator – I find deep satisfaction in working hard with people to achieve goals.
People instinctively turn to me for an honest perspective.
Intellection – I am driven by intellectual discussions and enjoy thinking and
thought-provoking conversation often for its own sake. I can data compress
complex concepts into more simplified models.
Achiever – I have a great deal of stamina and work hard. I take great satisfaction
from being busy and productive.
