KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
O Meeting with the new clients and setting up new accounts. Maintaining a professional attitude, building and
maintaining relationships with clients and buyers.
O Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and
goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Record, supervise
and control the systems for invoice processing, reports, returns and statements.
O Responsible to assist the Director, colleagues in the overall of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all
the office management related matters.
O Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine
types of products and prices satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s objectives.
O Maintaining effective records to ensure dealings with all customers are properly recorded on the system. Sales
ledger work and perform duties including chasing invoices, payments and confirmations, allocating payments,
daily banking, etc. Record, check and process all claim settlement paperwork received from clients.
O Direct and coordinate activities of the department concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or
distribution of products. Manage team, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
O Dealing with all the enquiries over telephone and emails from clients.
Worked with HOST INTERNATIONAL LTD. (London) from Sep.2006 – Aug.2008, as Accommodation Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
O Planning the availability of accommodation for students or conference delegates (education)
O Establish standards of quality service and supervising and ensuring standards are maintained
