2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
 All over responsibility of Tool room related work
 Tool development, vendor development & negotiations.
 Plant and personnel safety, trouble shooting, process improvement, kaizens.
 Maintain and carry out the periodic preventive maintenance of tools.
 To prepare Tool room T S Documentation such as (Dies & Jig-Fixture preventive maintenance plan,
Tool History Card, Check Sheet for Dies & Fixtures etc.).
 Manpower handling (shop floor handling & working load as per their skill matrix).
 Monitor, guides the training operatives.
 To do maintenance of dies as per break down and routine, Making try out in first component.
 Maintaining discipline and following the rules of an Organization and Creating atmosphere which
will suit for best production and best quality.
