Recruitment actually means a way to search the
future employees of the organization and stimulate qualified
people to apply for the job. It helps to create a pool of job
seekers and improve the scope of recruitment of better
employee.

Recruitment is the process of searching for prospective
employees and stimulating them to apply for jobs in the
organization.

Selection means selecting the fixed number of suitable
candidate from those who applied for the posts. Selection
process starts as soon as recruitment ends.
Recruitment considers all applications received in a
due date while selection considers only the required
number of most suitable candidates.
