Duties Include:
 Maintaining Project Files & File systems(EDMS), organizing all inbound/outbound
documentation to/from sub-contractors and the client.
 Preparing the Test Packs and Work packs for the completions Teams and can handle
the comments received from the completions Teams.
 Can do the Quality Assurance check for the Commissioning Dossiers which are to be
hand over to the Operations.
 Maintaining of the Document Control Register incorporating information and / or
comments received from the client and all subcontractors.
 Implementation of the Company’s site Documentation Policy and Procedures to ensure
we fully comply with the System Management Process on the production, numbering,
distribution, storage and retention of documentation.
 Knowledge & understanding of the IFC, Isometrics and P&ID drawings
 Receive, register and distribute all engineering drawings and specifications including
subcontractor designs, vendor documentation, technical, administrative and reference
documents as per the agreed Document Distribution Matrix.
 Maintaining safely all original documentation, including superseded revisions.
 Preparing Copies of technical construction packages and transmitting to the field
 Providing hard and soft copies of relevant documentation to Client, Project Engineers,
Contract Supervisors & Foreman as required, making appropriate database I log entries
for tracking purposes.
 Providing scanning services and drawing conversions to readable electronic Acrobat
Reader (PDF) Files.
 Coordinating all activities related to the Document Control department including
technical documents, Request for Information (RFI), Shop Drawings and As-Built,
Requests for Inspection Works (RIW)Site Instruction (SI), Technical Queries (TQ),
incoming/outgoing correspondences (letter, faxes, e-mail, memos etc), Method
Statements (MS), Non-Compliance Report (NCR), Project Quality Plans, Vendor Data
Books and Drawings. Preparing Project documents such as letters, excel files,
PowerPoint presentations, etc.
 Conducting monthly internal drawings audit and ensure that field staff and sub-
contractors have the most up to date drawings.
 Status tracking and expediting of all external & internal document reviews.
 Liaise closely with both client and other project sub-contracting personnel.

 Procured Raw Material from overseas for the production. Preparing documentation for
the shipment and receiving of materials from overseas.
 I completed and distributed the stock report on a monthly basis and arranged the
transportation for employees to the Plant from their pickup points.
