In the following fields:
 Maintain the document control system for the project ensuring all document control procedures are
adhered to by project participants.
 Process all incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondences through the document
control system.
 Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of the document control procedures and processes
according to the project objectives.
 Update project management on document control status, control sheets, transmittal issuance and
correspondence status.
 Supervision of Document Control Center
 Responsible for managing, controlling, distribution, storage and retrieval of technical documents and
drawings
 Responsible to control and issuance of design documents and drawings as per schedule
 Responsible to control and tracking for flow of document
 Responsible for the coordination of engineering design discipline for timely issuance of drawings and
documents as per schedule
 Ensure project drawings and documents are issued and received in a controlled manner and within
agreed time-scales
 Aware of, and comply with all project procedures
 Ensures that revised documents are promptly distributed to the appropriate recipients
 Verify revised documents are clearly marked and comments are incorporated in next revision
 Prepare and updates of distribution matrix for Vendors and Sub-Contractors
 Prepare and maintain project documentation for archive
 Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times
