Abstract
Paper hypothesis.
- There's a light beam its velocity (1.16 mkm/) moves in parallel to Mercury Motion.
Paper Hypotheses Explanation
- Planet Motion be a cover for a light motion found behind. The light motion uses
Planet motion data for its own motion.
- The hypothesis creates one more universe in parallel to the universe of matter. And
by that, The Planets be similar to ships sail over a sea. But the sea is light motions
network.
- The hypothesis uses Mercury Motion as a examination point to prove that a motion
of a light beam its velocity (1.16 mkm/s) be behind Mercury Motion.
- The light motion causes to create the solar system distances in a network form and
depends on one geometrical design. Because of that, the solar system distances
analysis will prove the light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/s) existence.

1-Introdcution
- Paper hypothesis tells that,
- A light beam its velocity (1.16 mkm/s) moves in parallel to Mercury Motion.
- How to understand this hypothesis?
- Let's answer in following:
- The matter and space are created from energy provided by a light beam its velocity
(=1.16 mkm/s). The created matter doesn't separate from its light parent, On the
contrary, they move together one unified general motion. but this motion uses
different rates of time between light and matter motions.
- This is the original theory based on which the paper hypothesis be created.
- The difficulty is that,
- We need to prove (at first), a light beam its velocity (1.16 mkm/s) be found in the
solar system. where the hypothesis of light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) is a
very strange one to be suggested because of the Special theory of relativity.
- The original theory be a complex task if we try to prove it in the same paper with
the light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) existence.
- How To Manage This Situation?
- I picked up a piece of the theory which is the hypothesis, and hoped to prove the
light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) existence.
- The fact is that,
- A light beam its velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) be accompanying with Mercury motion.
This light beam uses Mercury motion data for its own motion and this using effect
on Mercury motion data.

Distances Be Created In A Network Form By Energy Provided By A Light

- Shortly
- This is a good approach because we try to catch directly the point of proof for the
light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) existence. In place to provide theoretical
explanations and answers for questions as (why light motion be accompanying
with planet motion?)… such questions have answers I can provide them… But
why I should do?
- We don't need to provide a complete theoretical description for light and planet
motions. Because I have a discovery need to prove it, which is the light supposed
velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) existence. If this light existence can be proved, Newton
Theory of the sun mass gravity will be just disproved decisively. And many other
effects can be produced as results.
- Briefly
- In place to provide a complete theoretical description I have provided one
hypothesis explains a case and through this case I hope to prove that a light

2-Methodology
- I use the planets data analysis to discover the solar planets creation and motion.
- This method is so useful because it creates comparisons between planets motions
data and the theories which try to explain these planets motions data. Also the
method creates comparisons between planets motions data with each other.
- Let's use one example for explanation in following

- Light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) moves during a solar day (86400 sec) a
distance = 100733 mkm
- Where
- 100733 mkm = The Solar Planets Orbital Circumference Total
- The data shows that, some puzzles be found, because the light supposed velocity
(1.16 mkm/sec) travels during a solar day which is a period defined by Earth
motion a distance = the planets orbital circumferences total
- We need to know if this data be created by chance or there's a geometrical reason
behind.
- Let's see one more example in following

circle its circumference be = 2 x 100733 mkm
- Why?
- The equation tells (37100 mkm - 4900 mkm) = 32200 mkm (this is a distance be
produced by planets motions) and
- 2 x 100733 mkm be a distance produced by light motion (during 2 solar day)
- Between them the rate (2π)
- Can this data be produced by pure coincidence of numbers? Or it can be created
based on a geometrical reason…
- Means,
- Is there a geometrical reason to create the distance (32200 mkm) to be = 2 x
100733 mkm / (2π)?
- The 2 examples tried to explain the paper method concept. The paper analyzes
planets motions data as deep as possible and compare between different data to
know if this data be created in proportionality with one another, and if that's the
case why the data be created in proportionality.
- The previous discussion gave us no conclusion because the ideas aren't clear yet.
We need to complete this equation discussion in the paper to see the ideas behind
it.

- The Network Theory tells that, a light beam and a planet move side by side, how
can we describe this motion?
- Let's summarize this motion features in following

- It's a simple idea. Because light moves in parallel to a planet motion, logically they
use different rates of time
- The basic rate of time for the light and matter motion is the following rate (One
Second Of Light Motion = One Solar Day Of A Planet Motion)

- Light motion energy for (1 second) causes a planet to move for (1 solar day)

- Light motion passes a distance. And then uses this distance as a period of time to
pass another distance and uses the second distance as a period of time to pass a
third distance …..etc
- By that the distances be created in a network form
- The distances creation almost costs energy provided by light motion. for that
reason, the light creates the distances by its motion. as a result planet motion
through these same distances costs no energy because light created them before.
That shows a distinguish between light and planet motions through the same
distances.
- The light using of a distance as a period of time is understandable behavior for our
physics science. But this same behavior be used also by a planet motion. and we
have no way to explain how a planet low velocity motion can use distances values
as periods of time.
- But this behavior be a fact we should prove through the paper discussion.

equal one another. Appendix no. 1 provides a list for these equal distances. The
feature requires explanation where a geometrical reason must be found behind
these distances equality
(5) 40% Of The Distances Are Rated With (1.0725): 40% of all distances in the
solar system be rated to one another by the same one rate (1.0725). Appendix no. 1
provides one more list for these rated distances.
(6) Mars Migration Theory : It's a theory suggested that, Mars was the next planet
after Mercury with ancient orbital distance (=84 mkm) and had migrated to its
current orbital distance point (=227.9 mkm). Mars Migration Theory be discussed
in my previous paper (Please review The Paper References)
(7) Equal Distances: these are 2 equal distances be passed in defined periods of time
by 2 different planets. (for example Earth moves during its day period a distance =
2.5747 mkm but Pluto moves during its day period a distance = 2.5938 mkm. The
2 distances are different with 1% that make them almost equal). The equal
distances is a method be used in the solar system geometry widely and the paper
discusses this method in details in point no. (8-2).

- We analyze the distances between Mercury and Pluto as deep as possible to prove
that, these distances are created by energy of a light beam its velocity =1.16 mkm/s
