“Innovative and Effective Approaches in Inclusive Education”

10:00 - 10:30 Preparation, promotion and evaluation.
10:30 - 11:00 Corporate introductions, activity plan, project outputs, duties and responsibilities.
11:00 - 12:00 The host country's education system, legislative studies on inclusive education,
the studies of the host school on inclusive education, innovative practices, success stories.
12:00 - 12:30 Coffee break
12:30 –15: 00 Evaluation of survey studies on inclusive education (Each institution will
conduct a survey study with students and teachers in their own schools at least 1 week before
LTT activity. The survey will be prepared by the project management team and given to partner
institutions.)
- City tour (after LTT)

Theoretical Education (Zespol Szkol Ogolnoksztalcacych I Ekonomicznych / Poland), (Yenice

10:00 – 12:00 -What are the communication barriers in the classroom environment, how are they
eliminated?
12:00-12:30 Coffee break
12:30 -13:30 Adaptation of disadvantaged students to education and training
13:30 -15:00 Increasing the performance of the student with learning disabilities
Cultural activities (after LTT)
Thursday
10:00 - 12:00 Participants will share their knowledge and experience on inclusive education
with group activities and conduct pedagogical studies. These studies will include students from
the host school. The works will be videotaped.
12:00 - 12:30 Coffee break
12:30 - 15.00 Participants will share their knowledge and experience on inclusive education
with group activities and conduct pedagogical studies. These studies will include students from
the host school. The works will be videotaped.
-Cultural activities (after LTT)
Friday
10:00 – 12:00 A technical trip will be organized to a school (high school level) and
information will be obtained about inclusive education and success stories in this school.
12:00 -12:30 Coffee break
12:30 – 15.00 Evaluation studies (5-day project studies will be evaluated.)
- E-twinning
- Evaluation of the project logo, the project Facebook page and the project website
- Discussing the activities to be carried out until the next LTT study (establishment of Erasmus+
club and learning center, preparation of a common dictionary, distribution of tasks)
Farewell dinner and Certificate ceremony
Expected results (Enterprise level):
- Participating schools will integrate innovative methods and pedagogical approaches in
inclusive education into their education systems,
- Cooperation between participating schools will develop,
- International recognition of participating schools will increase
- Foreign language policy of participating schools will be developed
- The project implementation capacity of the participating schools will be developed.
Participants will apply their achievements with LTT through Erasmus+ clubs and learning
centers in their schools until the next LTT meeting. Participants will evaluate the results of their
applications at the next meeting.

AGENDA “Innovative and Effective Approaches in Inclusive Education” 23.08-27.08.2021 Monday 10:00 - 10:30 Preparation, promotion and evaluation. 10:30 - 11:00 Corporate introductions, activity plan, project outputs, duties and responsibilities. 11:00 - 12:00 The host country's education system, legislative studies on inclusive education, the studies of the host school on inclusive education, innovative practices, success stories. 12:00 - 12:30 Coffee break 12:30 –15: 00 Evaluation of survey studies on inclusive education (Each institution will conduct a survey study with students and teachers in their own schools at least 1 week before LTT activity. The survey will be prepared by the project management team and given to partner institutions.) - City tour (after LTT) Tuesday Theoretical education ("Sv. Kliment Ohridski" High School / Macedonia), (Liceul Teoretic "Tudor Arghezi" / Romania) 10:00 - 12:00 The roles of teachers, families and administrators in inclusive education 12:00 - 12:30 Coffee break 12:30 – 13:30 Multiple intelligence theory 13:30 – 15:00 Overcoming differences between students in inclusive education -Cultural activities (after LTT) Wednesday Theoretical Education (Zespol Szkol Ogolnoksztalcacych I Ekonomicznych / Poland), (Yenice Multi-Program High School / Turkey) 10:00 – 12:00 -What are the communication barriers in the classroom environment, how are they eliminated?
  • 2. 12:00-12:30 Coffee break 12:30 -13:30 Adaptation of disadvantaged students to education and training 13:30 -15:00 Increasing the performance of the student with learning disabilities Cultural activities (after LTT) Thursday 10:00 - 12:00 Participants will share their knowledge and experience on inclusive education with group activities and conduct pedagogical studies. These studies will include students from the host school. The works will be videotaped. 12:00 - 12:30 Coffee break 12:30 - 15.00 Participants will share their knowledge and experience on inclusive education with group activities and conduct pedagogical studies. These studies will include students from the host school. The works will be videotaped. -Cultural activities (after LTT) Friday 10:00 – 12:00 A technical trip will be organized to a school (high school level) and information will be obtained about inclusive education and success stories in this school. 12:00 -12:30 Coffee break 12:30 – 15.00 Evaluation studies (5-day project studies will be evaluated.) - E-twinning - Evaluation of the project logo, the project Facebook page and the project website - Discussing the activities to be carried out until the next LTT study (establishment of Erasmus+ club and learning center, preparation of a common dictionary, distribution of tasks) Farewell dinner and Certificate ceremony Expected results (Enterprise level): - Participating schools will integrate innovative methods and pedagogical approaches in inclusive education into their education systems, - Cooperation between participating schools will develop, - International recognition of participating schools will increase - Foreign language policy of participating schools will be developed - The project implementation capacity of the participating schools will be developed. Participants will apply their achievements with LTT through Erasmus+ clubs and learning centers in their schools until the next LTT meeting. Participants will evaluate the results of their applications at the next meeting.
