About the Project
• It is a study to get to know different cultures through music and to
teach children their own folkloric musical instruments.

• To be able to recognize the music of different cultures
• To teach folkloric musical instrument
• Be able to play music of different cultures with their own musical

Project Aims
Project work process / Monthly work schedule
• Establishing Twinspace page with project partners
• Enriching the page with active web 2.0 tools
• Promote project teachers themselves and their students
• Each country's own folkloric music and instruments to promote
• Mutual correspondence with project partner schools to embody
cultural exchange of knowledge
• Every project teacher starts to teach folk music instrument to his
students
• Sharing student development and changes via the Twinspace
Project work process / Monthly work schedule
• Sharing student musical events
• Listening to students' folk music genres of partners
• Teachers prepare folk music notes of their own culture
• Students try to play folk music from partner's
• Sharing the prepared videos with project partners
Expected results
• Development of students' vision through global education network
• Increasing musical competence of students
• Teachers must be ambassadors of cultural change
• Students' recognition and respect of different cultures
• Students define musical instruments belonging to different folkloric
cultures
• Students must realize that music is a universal language
