• Special assignments within West African region but particularly and logistically based from within Ghana
• Currently personally assigned to Bauxite mining project within Sierra Leone in collaboration with local government
officials there in Freetown and also in collaboration with Ghana civil contractors for multifunction shopping mall
build within Takoradi and trade fair build within Accra in tender stage with local government officials

• Complete control of main Geochemical /assay laboratory HQ new site 5 acre “cradle to grave” project build in
Tarkwa, Western Region now functionally complete end of July 2013 and then transfer of staffs and operational
equipments thereafter (in scheduled non- disruptive product ion phases)
• Then Special Project s gold/ mineral exploration processing site/mine builds around neighbouring West African
countries in addition (i .e. Burkina Faso, Cote d`Ivoire, Mali , Sierra Leone, Liberia, French Guinea etc. ) to be
assessed but were suspended permanently due to gold pr ice collapse and so left the company after obtaining 40%
bonus payment for completion of project within personally revised Capex budget and timeline

● Leads on complete government audit projects. Build and implementation of projects including equipment
installation, administration and staffing, liaises with stakeholders, produces 12 independent monthly reports to
Chief Government Minister of Mining, budget responsibility: £3m to £12m. To date, projects completed in Tanzania,

feasibility reports for future projects worldwide
● Founded and fully implemented the ASAGBC Gold Audit Programme for Tanzania
● Successfully ran the ASAGBC audit programme for six years. Programme handed over to Tanzanian Government in
2007 yielding national annual profits of over $120m, profits to Alex Stewart Group prior to handover amounted to
$60m p.a., spent a year training the Government Chief Chemist/MD and staffs so that it continued to be successful
and I was granted founder/VIP status of their now continually successful and expanded Gold Audit Programme to
date
● Full liaison with security company (Securicor) to implement all goldmine audit sample shipment logistics and on site
company security procedures on 24/7 basis
● Directly responsible for production of complete franchised gold/platinum audit programme specifically targeted at
foreign governments, with commercial adaptability if required. Scope of franchise could extend to environmental
mineral/toxicity monthly monitoring and reporting to recoup local compensatory claims against bad mining
practices
