Achievements: Obtaining employment {After experiencing long term unemployment, I
spent the majority of 2013 with my ailing ‘Lone Grandparent who passed away during

Reason for leaving: I’m looking for an Employer where I’m financially rewarded for my sales

Reasons for leaving: Due to changes in the Law, legal Aid etc unfortunately there was no

Reasons for leaving: There were mass compulsory redundancies that began during 2010-
2013, HR explained to all of The Commercial Banking Staff that Lloyds Banking Group were
relocating their commercial business to the southern regions of the country. I’d been made
redundant by HBOS twice already and redeployed through their non-severance policy
being relocated out of Manchester to Warrington and then Chester, {This was compulsory}

Centrica via Ontel {permanent position through Blue Arrow Job Agency, March-Sept 2003)
Turning inbound enquires from prospective customers about Onetel’s mobile phone
contracts. After three months Onetel reshuffled their sales department. And I was placed
in a new department being retention due to my persuasive and interpersonal skills in-
particular. At this point Onetel needed to retain as much of their business where possible.
Achievements: Clearing my probation period. I was accredited with rewards ie vouchers
and financially for being ‘The Top Seller AKA Top Dog’ in both departments on numerous
occasions, retention throughout and during my time working as a sales agent once,
however always achieved targets. I learnt retention skills and worked successfully outside
of, The Financial Industry. {Later on I went onto do retention for HBOS a leading bank}
Reasons for leaving: Ontel wasn’t doing well as a business and so I was made redundant
as well as the entire department, it was a gradual process. I began looking for job security’

Achievements: This position was my first permanent fulltime job after University, clearing
my probation continuing my contribution to a new ‘experimental outbound department,

a team also individually towards the company’s success in my profession with future
employers} and also financially rewarding. Seeded among the top three high performers
in The Outbound Department £££ {chosen to learn a profession} throughout my time here
‘The reason for leaving: Due to the bonus structure being heavily’ reduced,’ at Freedom
Finance, as I wanted to try and obtain a career in the Banking Sector wanting job security.
