Currently direct a $48M construction addition of a new a polyethylene reactor, associated equipment and
infrastructure which will increase overall site polyethylene capacity by 40%. Achieved mechanical completion for
Catalyst Reactor as scheduled.
§ Improved Client Relations: Assumed Project at 20% complete. Successfully implemented Project Management
Programs which reinforced the client’s confidence in the company’s ability to support continued work
authorizations.
PMO – MECHANICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER, Northeast Region, Ft. McMurray, Alberta, Canada, 2013 – 2015
Facilitated a $30M expansion of Mechanical Operations while taking Mechanical PMO from a negative to a
positive margin position in first year.
§ Strategic Planning: Secured new work, implemented control programs, trained personnel and streamlined
fabrication and construction processes while developing one- and three-year business operations strategies
that ultimately enabled a successful business expansion.
§ Cost Containment and Budget Control: Drove implementation of a new integrated cost control program which
properly scopes, monitors and measures the work for the Project Management Office for Mechanical

PROJECT MANAGER, MEG Energy, Christina Lake Project, Alberta, Canada, 2012 – 2013
Choreographed construction completion of a $400M Steam Assisted Gravity Drain (SAGD) Central Processing Plant
Expansion (35,000 bpd); installation, turnover and pre-commissioning to the point of Mechanical Completion.
§ Environmental Health and Safety: Achieved 1,000,000 safe work hours without a lost time incident.
§ Award-Winning, Timely Project Management: Surpassed all production targets to bring the facility on line
ahead of schedule. Received Corporate President’s Award for Project Management. The facility now produces
>50,000 bpd as a direct result of initial efforts.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, US Defense Threat Reduction Agency Project, Pavlograd, Ukraine, 2011 – 2012
Designed and constructed a $25M Rotary Kiln, support buildings and infrastructure to incinerate 189 metric tons of
solid rocket propellant from SS-24 Ballistic Missile Motors in Pavlograd, Ukraine.
§ Vendor Management: Effectively managed suppliers and directed construction completion in 13 months to
support US Government treaty commitment.
§ Operations and Process Streamlining: Successfully merged complexities of US, European Union and Ukrainian
design and regulatory requirements.
PROJECT MANAGER, US Defense Threat Reduction Agency Project, Sergeiv Posad, Russia, 2009 – 2011
Directed new building construction and equipping of a $35M expansion of the Sergiev Posad, Russian Federation,
Security Assessment and Training Center comprised of four buildings totaling over 75,000 square feet.
§ Operations Standardization: Authored and implemented 120 new corporate Project Execution Procedures to
standardize international operations in Former Soviet Union States.
PROJECT MANAGER, US DOE, Plutonium Productions Elimination Project, Seversk, Russia, 2003 – 2009
Guided the efforts of more than 100 managers with down line authority for more than 1,000 personnel to facilitate
design, construction and replacement of six (230 ton/hour) power boilers, two (110 Mw.) steam turbine generators,
a (500 ton/day) water treatment facility, central heating plant and, overland (10km) water heating pipelines with a
project value of $350M.
§ Award-Winning Project and Safety Leadership: Received Corporate Project of the Year Award. Earned six
additional DOE monetary contract schedule incentives for milestone completions totaling $5M. Achieved
