The facility expanded the wastewater capabilities from 160 to 640 million gallons per day of primary and
secondary treatment. Overall construction cost of the project totaled $2.4 billion when completed The
project encompassed a pre-cast structure with 80-foot invert two story elevation and one vertical of poured-
in-place concrete and placed structural steel.
