Accountable for directing all operations, including sales, marketing, client acquisition, safety, and project management, as well
as contract negotiations with clients and sub-contractors. Supervise teams of up to 100 per project and administer budgets
ranging from $30K to $3.5M per project. Handle variety of business administrative and Human Resources. Source and secure
vendors and set-up cost-effective agreements while securing quality products. Hold meetings with commercial building
owner’s maintenance staff to aid with training and development, determine capital improvement schedules, and scope of
