Accountable for directing all operations, including sales, marketing, client acquisition, safety, and project management, as well
as contract negotiations with clients and sub-contractors. Supervise teams of up to 100 per project and administer budgets
ranging from $30K to $3.5M per project. Handle variety of business administrative and Human Resources. Source and secure
vendors and set-up cost-effective agreements while securing quality products. Hold meetings with commercial building
owner’s maintenance staff to aid with training and development, determine capital improvement schedules, and scope of
work. Interacted with local building officials and maintained compliant buildings with up-to-date systems for optimal

upgrade and oversaw installation of automated boiler and heating pump system with re-configured piping for optimal
