3. Tujuan Program :

4. Latar Belakang :
Tefamart adalah merupakan Teaching Factory yang ada di SMK PGRI 3 Nganjuk,
dan merupakan Kokurikuler untuk jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran (BDP).
Program ini sesuai dengan Tujuan yang diharapkan oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara yaitu
mewujudkan Pelajar Pancasila. Dalam kegiatan Teaching Factory ini anak-anak
diberi pelajaran tentang bagaimana bergotong royong, mandiri, beriman, bertakwa
dan berakhlak mulia, berkebinekaan global, berpikir kritis dan kreatif.
Didalam kegiatan Tefamart ini, anak diberi kebebasan dalam memberikan masukan
terkait bagaimana toko ini dikelola, dan supaya mendaptkan pelanggan serta laba
yang banyak. Sedangkan untuk jadwal piket pun mereka diberikan kebebasan
dalam membuat jadwal jaga toko, promosi apa yang akan dilakukan, seragam apa
yang dipakai, dll. Sehingga mereka merasa mempunyai tanggung jawab atas
kesuksesan program ini. (voice, choice, dan ownership diterapkan)
Kegiatan ini perlu kolaborasi antara siswa BDP, guru BDP, Kaproli BDP, KS, serta
Orang Tua Wali Murid yang merupakan asset utama sekolah. Dan Alhamdulillah
program ini mendapatkan dukungan penuh dari semua asset yang telah tersebut di
atas.
