To Present Customer Servce/Management/Sales
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs, assisting with hiring and
development of people and other management tasks.
• Responsible for driving sales results through and with staff, setting challenging
performance standards and creating enthusiasm; as well as ensuring continual
store growth, progress and profitability. Meeting sales quotas, measured
daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner. Proactively building
loyalty and longterm relationships with customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business, daily administrative paperwork and
goal tracking.

• Coordinated schedule and activities of workers.
• Assist in managing the overall restaurant operation & maintained quality
standards, sanitation and operational standards to corporate requirements.
• Assist and resolve customer and employee complaints.
• Leads in the hiring, training, retaining, motivating restaurant personnel.

• Prepared room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments,
candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Helped patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggested
courses; explained the chef's specialties; identified appropriate wines; answered
food preparation questions; identified patrons' special dietary needs and special
requests.
• Served orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and
kitchen; Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs;
• Obtained revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment;
delivering bill and payment to hostperson; returning change or credit card and
signature slip to patrons.
