that:
• All data in my application are true and can be proved with original documents
• I agree with the manner of selection of the project team
• I agree with the developed selection procedure
• I acknowledged and I agree that the selection procedure and its results are not contestable
• I am aware that the funds for the project Erasmus does not cover protocol/souvenirs
expenses for partners or local trips expenses and, consequently, each of us, we will incur
these expenses as a personal contribution
• There is no impediment to be part of the team, to participate in activities and mobility
project in the country and abroad
• By my actions, whether I will be selected or not in the project team and whether I will be
selected or not to participate in mobility project "Ecological Literacy", I will not harm
Erasmus or the European Commission
• I will be able to be requested at any time up that I presented in Annex III as being available
to participate in the project and, if I am announced at least 7 days before, I undertake to
actively participate in these activities
