Δ Collect C.V and call for interview to appoint them in our project to fulfill vacancy
Δ Maintain personal data for all staff.
Δ Issue appointment letters, I cards,
Δ E.S.I updation for employees .
Δ To Ensure monthly attendance records are submitted to HO for payroll processing.
Δ Make payroll for regular staff and pooling boys .
Δ Make service invoice as per agreement to the client.
Δ Check for performance appraisals due.
Δ Evaluate operational planners and confirm copies to client.
Δ Taking care of the overall compliance & statutory.
Δ Check for welfare support
Δ Check for security issues briefing and education.
Δ Check for any pilferage or violation of discipline by team & action as necessary.
Δ Check for any exceptional act by team & recognize as necessary.
Operational
Δ Check work target completion with acknowledgment including reason for non acknowledgements.
Δ Check on manpower budgeting and over viewing the overtime.
Δ Check for other inspections conducted by client or client representatives and details.
Δ Check repairs & replacement completion.
Δ Check for supplies replenishments & indents availability.
Δ Review Logistics / Training plans with team.
Δ Review staff standby – for the day & night .
