Project Manager for the Construction of a 12,150 sq ft building. Library and

Army Reserve Training Facility, Juana Diaz, PR
Presently Senior Project Manager for this $2.5 million training facility. The
scope of works for this project includes Site-Works, Foundations and Tilt-up
panels. With a construction schedule of 9 months this facility, located at
Fort Allen Army base, will be used to train Army reserve members.
W Retreat and Spa, Vieques Island
W Retreat & Spa is a 156 guestroom five star hotel located in Vieques, PR. It
consists of approximately 195,000 SF of air conditioned space. The Hotel
facility compromise of nine (9) Guestroom buildings, seven (7) Villa buildings,
Great House (Lobby, Restaurant, Kitchen, Guest Bar, and Convention
Center/Meeting Rooms), SPA, Gym, Bodega and Kids area, and Airport
Lounge area). In addition, the property will boast the provision of two (2)
pools and pool grill area.
North Tract Shell, Caguas
A 68,600 SF shell building to house Best Buy (Retail A) and Office Depot
(Retail B) at Las Catalinas North Tract in Caguas, PR. The Shell Building
Structure consists of concrete tilt-up panels with structural steel/metal deck
and buildup roofing. The project’s aggressive 5 months schedule was
achieved through close coordination with the owner, designer and Aireko.
San Juan Industrial Park Building A, San Juan
Project Manager for the construction of a 96,000 sf warehouse building
consisting of structural steel framing and standing seam roof with 15’ high
concrete cast-in-place walls and metal siding.
University Gardens High School, San Juan
Project Manager for this six building campus facility carefully built within a
50-year old residential community in the San Juan Metro area. Extensive use
of architectural exposed concrete is a design highlight of this specialized
Math and Sciences school in PR.

Wyeth Packaging and Filling Project, Mexico City
Superintendent for this construction management project that entailed
the conversion of an existing 10,500SF warehouse area into a production
area for new packaging lines. Wyeth’s standards were accomplished
using a combined team with AMS expertise, and local talent.
Wyeth New Warehouse Project, Mexico City
Directed this CM project consisting of a new 40,000SF nine-pallet high,
super flat floor warehouse construction at Wyeth’s Mexico City
manufacturing facility, included value engineering for various warehouse
structural system options and construction methods. Cost: $5.1MM.

Project Superintendent for this prestigious restaurant located in the Acapulco
Tower. A remodeling project included demolition, architectural, carpentry,

concrete and metal structure and finishes.

Supervised the construction of the magnetic wave building and the
remodeling of the first floor bed wing. Work included demolition,
fabrication and installation of structural steel building, pre-cast panels,
