PROJECT MANAGER, FACILITY MASTER PLAN (Contract, 2 yrs. assignment)
• New to Stamford Hospital campus, is this 11 story, 642,000sf, out of the ground new structure. This PLANTREE Healing
Environment (patient-centered) hospital has a new 180 patient bed tower with all private rooms and bathrooms.
• Responsibilities - Fixed medical equipment buy-out of $34M, Central Sterile processing, Emergency Department, with X-Ray and
CT, Trauma, Triage, Cardiac, Urgent, Behavioral Health and Pediatric. Roof Heliport system. 6-General OR’s, 1-CVOR, 1-
Hybrid OR, 3-CATH Labs (Single, Hybrid and EP/Bi-Plane), Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy rooms, Frozen Section Room and
OR’s and CATH Labs Integration systems.
• This advance high-tech medicine technology healthcare facility is truly state-of-the-art.
• It is situated on a 31 acre site and is Health Care LEED Certify.
SODEXO - USA 2004 – 2012
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES/OWNER REPRESENTATIVE, New England region.
• Served as Director of Facilities at independent King School, Stamford, CT, with responsibilityfor plant operations, construction,
renovations, preventative maintenance, recycling, custodial, landscaping, and natural and synthetic sport field’s surfaces.
• Worked directly with CFO and all heads of school on operational issues, majors events, and responsiblefor graduation ceremony.
• Development and Construction planning, masterplanning for the school. Oversee key construction activities responsiblefor capital
projects schedules, budget management, security, safety and regulatory compliance.

55,000 square foot Math, Science and Technology center (Volume$25 million).
PIKE COMPANY/LEACH BUILDING, Hartford, CT. 2004 - 2005
PROJECT MANAGER, Yale University (Volume $8 million).
• Project Manager/Superintendent for renovations, historical renovations of existing spaces including Leigh Hall School of Music, as
well as internal and external renovations. This included new mechanical systems, offices and custom musicpractice rooms.

HUMPHREYS & HARDING, NY, NYC 2001 - 2004
PROJECT MANAGER, Bronx Zoo, Siberian Tiger Mountain Exhibit (Volume $11 million).
• Built new exhibit with stainless steel fence from China, reclaimed wood timbers from Canada, pre-engineered structure with
institutional animal caging, and sound enrichment from Australia, artificial hot and cool rocks, along with a custom pool.
J.A. JONES CONSTRUCTION GROUP, NY, NYC. 2000 - 2001
PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT (Volume $44 million).
• Rockefeller University Hospital modernization project, encompassing an 8-story facility with two additional floors on top of existing,
new mechanical systems, laboratory floor, new research lab, and four elevators.
YONKERS CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC., Yonkers, NY. 1998 – 2000
PROJECT MANAGER / SUPERINTENDENT (Volume $80 million).
• Grand Central Station Terminal, NYC, North-End access project encompassing two underground cross passageways, two spines, four
new entrances, and restoration of two portal entries.
• Concurrently, SiteProject Manager for HampshireManagement Group, Real EstateDevelopment and Property Management covering
construction planning for a sixteen acre site, and development of seventeen new homes and adjoining retail store.
BUILDING INNOVATION GROUP, INC., Greenwich, CT. 1994 – 1998

• Provided consulting and construction services on renovations including high-end New York City Brownstones and Park Avenue
