Project: Channel (Mission Bay Block 2) $90M 315 new market-rate apartment housing development project in Mission Bay San
Francisco. The eight-story concrete building will have a brick exterior and commercial finishes with curtain wall and metal framing
siding. The 455,000-sq.-ft. property includes a two-story parking structure with 1:1 parking spaces,and 8,000 sq.ft. of commercial
retail space along 4th Street. Amenities include a pool, spa,bocce ball court, a fitness center, business center,bike storage,and an
outdooramphitheater with fire pits and three communal kitchens.
• Roughly 4 million in change orders submitted and approved throughout project. Management of all change order for the project.
• Performed and completed subcontractorbuyout,wrote and negotiated contracts.
• In charge of field supervisions ofentire exterior skin systemas well as assistance fora field supervision of interiors and finishes.
• Led pre-task, pre-installation, and test meetings for project.

Project: Central Health Services Building; a 125,000 sqft, $146M hospital built inside the secured perimeter at San Quentin State
Prison. This OSHPD project was “LEED” Certified Silver, and was completed under budget and 81 days earlier than originally
scheduled.
• Performed entire field layout for new building construction and utilities for Central Health Services Building inside San Quentin
Prison
• Generate quantity take offs for material purchases
• Held weekly safety meetings, subcontractormeetings and orientations
• Directly responsible for coordination and field supervision of all concrete, CMU, rebar, underground utilities and paving, anchor
bolts and steel erection, security construction (Maxwall & Trussdeck), misc. metals, waterproofing, security and ornamental
fencing, medical equipment, electrical systems,landscaping, retrofit of 180 year old “Dungeon” and historic brick façade
• Wrote and analyzed RFI’s between the management team, subcontractors,architects,engineers and owners
• Created and maintained the site’s storm water pollution prevention plan, SWPPP
