On loan to Manhattan Construction as Project Manager/Superintendent:
Raymond James Stadium – Supervised construction of new score boards, new ad boards,
and ribbon band for major league football team stadium. Supervised 30 – 60 men daily.

Bay Pines VA Health Care Systems – Supervised construction of two MRI rooms and
entrance way ceiling

Pavilion, with 40 employees and subcontractors. (2011)
St. Peter’s Preparatory School, Jersey City, NJ - $3 million.– Supervised construction
of new classrooms and cafeteria, with 35+ employees and subcontractors. (2010)
Union City High School, Union City, NJ - $178 million. One of 3 superintendents for
336,000 sq. ft. school plus 125,000 sq. ft. playing field. Managed construction of
rooftop playing field and completion of the project, including payroll for company
employees.
Favorites off-track wagering facility with restaurant and sports bar, Toms River, NJ -
$7.5 million. Supervised accelerated construction of 28,000 sq. ft. facility after
production schedule was moved up 6 weeks. Made construction recommendations that
saved time and money. Completed project in time for the Kentucky Derby.
Started with the company by performing the layout of the building interior for
Prudential Center, Newark, a $105.3 million project.
