Completed 1993. • Pompano Beach (not pictured)- restaurant and parking areas on 3 parcels, one a mitigated environmental hazard site, creating visibility beneath an adjacent bridge and complying with Intercoastal Waterway envelope restrictions. Completed 1995. • North Miami Beach - reclaimed lakefront land, mitigated environmental hazards and protected adjacent manatee lagoon; developed out-parcel for retail/commercial spin-off. Completed 1997.
