Potomac Club Condominiums
Base building construction of multiple four story wood framed, brick veneer buildings
with Pulte Homes. Coordination of outside architect’s preparation of construction
documents and construction administration.
Potomac Green Clubhouse and Pool house
Base building construction of a 28,000 SF recreation facility with Pulte Homes. Wood
and steel frame construction with stone and vinyl siding veneer. Preformed construction
administration.
M Street Condominiums
Worked as an architect on the preparation of construction drawings while at CHK. The
project was a new base building and interior construction, high-rise condominium
building. The building structure was a poured in place concrete frame. The exterior was
brick.
Grays Pointe
Worked as an architect on the preparation of construction drawings while at CHK. The
project was a large new base building and interior townhouse development. The building
structure was wood framed. The exterior was composite siding and brick.
Lake Ridge Senior Home
Worked as an architect on the preparation of construction drawings while at Dewberry
and Davis. Administered the daily construction of the building. The project was a new
base building and interior high-rise senior citizen apartment. The building structure was
masonry bearing walls with precast concrete planks. The exterior was brick.

Worked as an architect on the preparation of construction drawings while at RTKL. The
project was a new base building and interior luxury high-rise condominium building. The
building structure was poured in place concrete. The exterior was also poured in place
concrete.
Girls & Boys Town Group Homes
Project Manager on the base building new construction of four group homes at Cushman
& Wakefield. Project was wood framed with brick exterior.
RETAIL
Hunt Valley, White Marsh, & Willow Grove Malls
Worked as an architect on the preparation of construction drawings while at RTKL. The
project was base building new construction consisting of steel structure.
Sears, Strawbridge & Clothier Department Stores
Worked as an architect on the preparation of construction drawings while at RTKL. The
project was base building new construction consisting of a steel structure.
OFFICE BUILDINGS
New Alexandria Police Facility
Project Manager for the $60,000,000 police headquarters at the City of Alexandria.
U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (GSA)
Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield of 125,000 SF interior office space. Project
was the interior renovation of secured occupied office space with SCIF areas.
U.S. Department of Education (GSA)
Project Manager on 105,000 SF interior office space at Cushman & Wakefield.
United States Coast Guard. (GSA)
Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield of 20,000 SF interior office space.
U.S. Federal Drug Administration (GSA)
Project Manager on 91,000 SF interior office space while at MetLife.
State Farm
Project architect at Ellerbe Becket directing the preparation of construction documents
and construction administration. The project was base building new construction
consisting of a steel structural frame with brick exterior.

George Washington University Medical Center Expansion
Project manager at George Washington University directing the consulting architect and
engineers in the preparation of a programming study for the university. The project
entails programming of two new building additions to an existing building, renovation of
the existing building, and the programming of a free standing cancer center.
Bayview Laboratory
Project architect at Ellerbe Becket directing the preparation of construction documents
and construction administration. The project was base building new construction
consisting of a steel structural frame with precast concrete exterior.
Red Cross Laboratory
Project architect at Ellerbe Becket directing the preparation of construction documents
and construction administration. The project was the interior conversion of an
existing flex office building into a level III laboratory.
Midland Hospital Medical Building
Project architect at Ellerbe Becket directing the preparation of construction documents
and construction administration. The project was base building new construction
consisting of pretension concrete structural frame with brick panel exterior.
HOTELS
Radisson Mark Center
Oversaw the renovation of a 30 story hotel (including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants,
swimming pool and mechanical rooms) while at MetLife Real Estate, as Owner
Representative.
OTHER
District of Columbia Emergency Command Center
Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield for the District of Columbia’s Emergency
Management Agency’s command center. Project consisted of the integration of
information technology systems within an occupied building.
