3. The Cove at St. Johns (The Palazzo), Jacksonville, FL.

Value $ 25 Million. Roughly 280,000'squarefootprojectconsisting of , 4
mid-rise6 story concrete post-tension & masonry structures,a marina
amenity, fitness center, pool & cabana. This complex project encompasses
the restoration and mitigation of a partially completed condo project that
was started in 2006 construction stopped in 2007. The 1stof the 4 building
will be completed in June with anticipated TCO in early July 2014. ThePool
& cabana werecomplete July 2014. TheMarina & Building 2 are currently
in production with delivery scheduled for summer 2015. This project
includes: site development, marina construction, fitness center, pool,

4. Landmark at Vista Grande, OrangePark, FL. Scheduled delivery mid

restoration of a 16 unit apartment building in a large apartment
community. Phase1 consisted of emergency mobilization to the fire
damaged building within 12 hours after the fire, securing & making safe the
structure, demo & water removal. Phase 2 assistwith the successful
