dark leuder stone, cast stone and a dark onyx “Enviroslate” roof,
giving it a heavy and attractive gothic appeal. This home is six

3. Methodist Sugar Land Hospital
This project includes a six-story bed tower and two-story cath lab addition on the southeast corner of the
hospital. Other departments to have renovation and/or relocation in the existing hospital on level 1
include food service, gift shop, material management and other ancillary support services.
Responsibilities included management of the core and shell as well as coordination of all Revit based
and city permitting.
CHOSA
sequence within a fast track delivery method for a compilation of buildings ranging from the 1930s to
current. Involvement included the documentation of 12 levels of interior renovation, each entailing a
wide variety of medical programming. Other responsibilities included assisting in the construction
administration phase.
Christus Santa Rosa
for Neurologist, Cardiologists and Neurovascular and Cardiovascular Surgeons at CHRISTUS Spohn. The
existing catheterization suite was expanded approximately 8,000 sf. This expansion consisted of a biplane
cath labe, spaces for two future cath labs and required support spaces. Responsibilities included design
assistance, consultant coordination and completion of all interior and exterior documentation. Involve-
ment began in design development and continued through the construction administration phase.
Nora’s Home
This 14 bedroom hospitality house serves to provide temporary lodging for transplant patient’s that travel
the concept of environmental wellness. This facility gives its residence a warm and beautiful environment
that reminds them of home and facilitates the healing process through minimizing the stresses and
anxieties of typical institutional treatment. Nora’s home includes 14 bedrooms and full baths, a kitchen,

Renovation Projects
Houston City Hospice / The Historical Mayor Holcombe House
One of the most notable resoration projects by JW Home Improvements was the interior restoration of
the historical Holcombe House. Under the ownership of The Texas Medical Center, The Houston City
wall and ceiling texture and color, as well as door and hardware cleaning.
100 + Residential Projects throughout the greater Houston area
JW Home Improvements started as a local West University handy man service. Within 4 years we were
able to expand our network to Memorial, River Oaks, Bellaire and The Heights. Primarily focusing on
interior and exterior cosmetic resoration, JW Home Improvements focused on millwork installation, tile,
as full interior and exterior paint. In 2007, JW secured a 3 year contract with Texan REO, where we
managed a portfolio of over 30 homes at a time throughout the greater Houston area. Among these
homes were multiple make-ready contracts on bank owned forclosures that JW bidded , managed and
carried out to completion.
