WELCOME TO THE FINAL
NEWSLETTER OF THE
“MultiENT” PROJECT!
We are happy to tell you about:
• The final meeting of the project
• The final conference
• All the resources of the project
available on the online system
THE IDEA BEHIND THE PROJECT
Given the current economic challenges facing many
countries around the world, the notion of generating
greater entrepreneurial activity has become a
prominent goal and it is widely recognized that
education and training opportunities play a key role
in cultivating future entrepreneurs.
However, current business development support
practices fail to be very oriented towards individuals
with an academic perspective and without a
multiplier methodology of knowledge transfer.
A more practical and pragmatic approach is needed,
therefore, the objective of the project was to create
a sustainable framework for the development of
entrepreneurial skills for SMEs less than 5 years old,
from various sectors, including production, crafts,
services or ICT, and for the continued support of
trained coaches.
All products, resources and courseware produced by
the MultiENT consortium will be available as Open
Educational Resources to any interested party, in all
partner languages.

2. FINAL CONFERENCE
IN BRASOV
FINAL MEETING
On 15 -16 October, FPIMM Brasov hosted the final meeting
and the successful MultiENTCoach- Final Conference.
The event welcomed all participants, including MultiENT
partners organizations, and entrepreneurs/companies.
Participants could learn about best practices of
entrepreneurship, share their entrepreneurial experience
and we had the opportunity to have the perspective of the
entrepreneurs who participated in the activities of the
project.
THE PARTNERSHIP
The project was developed by five partners from different
EU countries:
• FPIMM BV, Brasov, Romania
• ISOB GMBH, Regensburg, Germany
• GRANTXPERT CONSULTING LIMITED, Nicosia, Cyprus
• PIA, Velenje, Slovenia
• STORYTELLME, Lisbon, Portugal
The organizations have different characteristics and fields of
specializations, which helped to develop a very effective
cooperation.
How and by whom will
your project results be
used in the future?
The project results will serve as an
example and inspiration for future
entrepreneurship coaching activities.
Also end users (i.e. entrepreneurs) can
have permanent access to project
results published on the project website
and to an online coaching database.

• Other useful learning resources
to develop the entrepreneurial
competences and soft skills
The methodology used for this project
is very important (it will have a positive
impact on the business developed and
the unemployment rate decrease).
