Course outline
Many roles within the workplace can be stimulating,
rewarding and challenging. It’s easy to keep going when
things are on track and running smoothly, but
occasionally the universe throws a curve ball at us and
our resilience takes a dip. It’s then that you need the
personal resources to be able to cope with whatever life
and work throw at you, and the ability to bounce back.
Objectives
By the end of this half day session, you will be able to:-
- identify the signs and symptoms that occur when
life gets too much
- establish common factors that trigger a decline in
your wellbeing or resilience
- describe common approaches to remaining
resilient
- choose from a number of techniques to help you
increase your ability to bounce back
Attendees
This interactive half day session is aimed at those who
would like to discover various strategies to enable them
to develop their ability to bounce back from some of life’s
more challenging moments, those who want to explore
and practise some tools which enable them to increase
their resilience and those looking for options in the future
for how to deal with whatever comes their way.
