Course outline
Conflict within a team can eat up time, energy and
motivation. This workshop helps managers recognise
conflict before it becomes an issue and equips them with
the tools to defuse matters quickly and effectively.

team
- identify potential conflict situations
- use different strategies to manage conflict
between team members
- build a harmonious work team by minimising the
potential for conflict and addressing any issues
