It is said that the only person who likes change is a wet
baby! So when change occurs in the workplace, it can
be a challenge. This workshop shares tips and
techniques that will enable members of staff to adapt to
change more easily so that change becomes simpler,
smoother and more sustainable.
Objectives
By the end of this half day workshop, you will be able to:-
- explain the need for workplace change
- establish common reactions to change in the
workplace
- explain the transition curve and how it affects
individuals
- use various strategies for handling and adapting to
change
