Course outline
Many roles within the workplace can be stimulating,
rewarding and challenging. With the many challenges
and changes that people face, it is important to ensure
that members of staff maintain their resilience. This
workshop equips managers with the tools to support staff
to ensure their ability to bounce back is maintained in all
circumstances.
Objectives
By the end of this half day session, you will be able to:-
- identify the signs and symptoms of declining
resilience in others
- establish common factors that trigger a decline in
individual’s ability to bounce back and identify
ways to remove/reduce these factors
- describe common approaches to developing and
maintaining resilience
- explain how to use various techniques to help
others increase their ability to bounce back
Attendees
This interactive session is aimed at those who have a
responsibility to manage the wellbeing of others, helping
them to spot when their resilience takes a dip and
supporting them in returning it to a comfortable level.
