Course outline
This course explores the factors affecting performance
and equips people managers with the skills required to
take performance back to an acceptable level.
Objectives
On completion of the course, you will be able to:
- recognise when performance and behaviour are
not at an acceptable standard
- describe the factors that may affect the
performance of an individual
- explain a number of approaches to managing
underperformance
- conduct conversations with team members to help
them get their performance back on track
Attendees
This workshop will be beneficial for anyone who
manages the performance and behaviour of other
people. It is aimed at those who have responsibility for
the achievement of tasks through other people.
Workshop style
This fully participative half day course incorporates:
- individual and group exercises
- group discussion
- skills practice
- input from tutor
The number of delegates is limited to a maximum of 12
on this workshop.
