Workshop outline
This workshop is all about getting communication right
within your team. Too much and people feel
overwhelmed; too little and they feel kept in the dark.
This half day session explores the options available to
you for keeping your team informed and allows time to
develop an approach that will work for you and your
team.
Objectives
On completion of the course, you will be able to:
- explain the value of having a clear approach to
communication
- recognise which type of communication to use in
which situation
- create a strategy for managing communication
with the team as a whole and for communicating
with individual team members
Attendees
This half day workshop will benefit people managers who
want to improve the communication with their direct
reports and other stakeholders.
Workshop style
This fully participative half day course incorporates:
- individual and group exercises
- group discussion
- skills practice
- input from tutor
The number of delegates is limited to a maximum of 12
on this workshop.
