2. With both of my products I wanted to
ensure that they looked as
professional as possible so that they
would look like a real product. By
making both look as authentic as
possible it creates a link between the
consumer and the product which in
turn makes it much more effective and
can influence the audience to go and
watch what the product is linked to.
3. UNEARTHED Our film title “UNEARTHED” is shown in
all of my products, maintaining the
same font and light colours
throughout. We did this to create the
illusion of it decaying and being dirty
and due to this it is memorable and the
audience would recognize it when they
see it. The decaying of the title links
directly to the story of the film trailer
which is why we went for it.

4. Key Imagery/Props Throughout my products I have links with key
props and images to form a greater sense of
synchronicity between the forms of
advertisements. For example a very key prop that
was used throughout and is seen in all products is
the axe that the unknown man carries while
searching and killing the four friends that are in
the forest. I also created a further sense of
uniformity through the use of the same costumes
and weapons which enables the characters to be
more identifiable through the costume and props
which characters are seen wearing and using.
5. Themes Throughout the process of making the
film trailer, magazine and the film
poster there are key themes that are
seen throughout. These themes
include pursuit, nature and death all
which have been represented in each
of the products. By having similar
themes throughout each of the
products it is creating a bond between
the media's, helping them to
complement each other.
