 Assigns and Direct the Engineering Resources required for the New Program.
 Organize the Weekly Engineering Projects-Products Review Meetings.
 Coordinate the Design for Manufacturing-Engineering Reviews:
o Flow Diagram, VSM, Stack up Analysis, Quality Standards/Criteria
 Keep under control the Engineering KPI/Metrics and Inform to High Levels.
 Schedule and Run the new tools/equipment Engineering Qualifications. CPKs.
 Schedule and Build the Prototype-Pilot runs under Engineering Specs: CPKs
 Engineering Support to Normal Production Processes on implementing the
problem solving techniques and lean manufacturing tools as it is required.
